Thank you for choosing InsideWork Companies, Inc. These terms are intended to keep our working relationship simple, clear, and predictable. By scheduling services with InsideWork and accepting these terms during payment setup or payment, the facility agrees to the following:

InsideWork will provide the facility with the groups or other professional services mutually agreed upon by InsideWork and the facility.

The type of service, schedule, location, and rate may be established by email or other written communication between the parties and do not need to be restated in these terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the currently agreed rate for each scheduled service will apply until either party is notified of a change.

The facility will maintain an authorized payment method on file through Stripe, which may include ACH or credit/debit card.

The facility authorizes InsideWork Companies, Inc. to initiate payment using the payment method on file for services provided at the mutually agreed rate, as well as any applicable late-cancellation charges described below.

For regularly scheduled services, billing will occur following completion of the service and required documentation.

Payment information is collected and stored securely through Stripe. InsideWork does not maintain the facility's complete credit card or bank account information in its own records.

When documentation is required by the facility, InsideWork will make reasonable efforts to complete and submit required group documentation within 24 hours following the service.

The facility agrees to provide InsideWork with timely access to any documentation systems, forms, credentials, or information reasonably necessary to complete the required documentation.

Scheduled services may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Services canceled by the facility with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed at the full scheduled rate.

No cancellation fee will be charged when the cancellation results from circumstances mutually agreed upon by the facility and InsideWork.

InsideWork will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 24 hours' notice if a scheduled service must be canceled.

InsideWork recognizes that illness, emergency, hospitalization, transportation problems, or other unexpected circumstances may occasionally make advance notice impossible. In those circumstances, InsideWork will notify the facility as soon as reasonably possible.

The facility will never be charged for a service canceled by InsideWork.

InsideWork will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time, prepared to provide the scheduled service, and to conduct groups in a professional manner consistent with the nature of the service being provided.

The facility is responsible for providing an appropriate environment for the scheduled service and for communicating any facility-specific procedures, safety requirements, documentation requirements, or other expectations reasonably necessary for InsideWork to perform the service.

InsideWork will maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with services provided to the facility and will handle client or patient information in accordance with applicable confidentiality requirements and the facility's communicated policies.

Neither party should transmit protected or confidential client information through ordinary email unless an appropriate secure method has been established.

InsideWork Companies, Inc. provides services as an independent business and is not an employee of the facility.

Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or exclusive arrangement between InsideWork and the facility.

Either InsideWork or the facility may discontinue future services at any time by providing reasonable notice.

Whenever practical, both parties are encouraged to provide at least two weeks' notice when ending an ongoing regularly scheduled group so that appropriate scheduling arrangements can be made.

Changes to scheduling, services, or rates may be agreed upon through email or other written communication.

These terms and services provided by InsideWork Companies, Inc. are governed by the laws of the State of California.

By affirmatively accepting these terms through InsideWork's payment or billing setup and providing a payment method for future use, the facility acknowledges that it has received and reviewed these Facility Services Terms and agrees to them.

The facility specifically authorizes InsideWork Companies, Inc. to initiate charges to the payment method it has authorized and placed on file for completed services and applicable late-cancellation fees, in accordance with these terms and the rates agreed upon between the parties.
